Dear Gender Equality Advocate,

It’s with great pleasure, and pride in our team and partners, that I write to inform you of the publication of our 2019 Gender Equality Global Report & Ranking. The most progressive companies not only enjoy the top spots in our ranking but also in various gender equality indices, and thus attract investors wishing to align their capital with their values.

Today, the race is on among companies when it comes to gender equality. We have seen continued positive change in the past three years, and an increasing number of corporate leaders have committed to advancing gender equality in their workforce and supply chains. These include the CEOs who participated in our Reaching Gender Equality - CEO Video Series.

The lack of data remains the biggest challenge in closing the gender gap. Equileap seeks to address this by promoting corporate transparency and investment in gender equality: #DataForEquality.

I am encouraged to see that gender equality is becoming a priority for many investors, alongside environmental and governance themes. This emerging movement gives me hope that we can close the gender pay gap in our economy and build a more just and equitable world for all.
